Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Mower

Securely pack the Navimow unit, charging station, and all accessories in the original factory packaging to ensure the equipment is protected during transit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for inspection at our quality control facility.

Inspection and Refund
